Hear from award-winning chefs, leading restaurateurs, acclaimed mixologists and front-of-house experts through inspiring keynote talks, live demonstrations and interactive sessions. Day Two – Competition Day

Now it's your turn to shine.

Compete in your chosen discipline—Young Chef, Young Waiter or Young Mixologist—through a series of exciting practical challenges designed to test the skills required at the very highest level of hospitality.

Young Chefs will showcase their creativity, technical ability and precision under pressure.

Young Waiters will demonstrate exceptional service, product knowledge, communication and attention to detail.

Young Mixologists will put their creativity, technical expertise and storytelling to the test as they craft and present innovative cocktails in front of an expert judging panel.

Throughout the day you'll be assessed by some of the industry's most respected chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality professionals and drinks experts, receiving invaluable exposure and recognition from the people shaping the future of hospitality.

The competition culminates in a live restaurant service, where chefs, waiters and mixologists work together to deliver an exceptional dining experience—demonstrating not only individual excellence but the teamwork and professionalism that define world-class hospitality.

Awards Ceremony

The event concludes with the Awards Ceremony, where Scotland's Young Chef, Young Waiter and Young Mixologist Champions are crowned.

The winners will earn the honour of representing Scotland at the World Finals, competing against the finest young hospitality professionals from around the globe.
